Will has been involved in community development for the last 20 years in Indianapolis.  For nine years he worked at LISC, helping neighborhood-based organizations develop housing, commercial projects, and nonprofit facilities.  He worked closely with neighborhood leaders to build capacity and develop new funding tools to achieve their revitalization mission.  Since then, Will has been in the affordable housing field with CREA, an Indianapolis-based, national tax credit syndicator investing in housing for low-income families and individuals across the US.

Will has been an active volunteer with his neighborhood, helping to create the city’s first economic improvement district to help restore historic infrastructure in Woodruff Place.  Will has also been involved with many other community-based entities, including Riley Area Development Corporation, Renew Indianapolis, Financial Health Federal Credit Union, and the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership. Will coaches soccer for the Near Eastside Soccer Association and basketball for the YMCA.

Will is currently a member of the finance committee of the IPS board of commissioners. Will and his wife have two children who attend IPS.
